Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep or Deep Relaxation is a practice in Hatha Yoga. The student is in a reclining or comfortable seated position, and is guided through a meditative practice relaxing the entire body and the mind. Students should be dressed in comfortable clothing. It is also recommended for students to have a blanket or covering as the body may cool down during Yoga Nidra.
